The short terms for using Nuntio on Monad mainnet.

Last updated

1Real money, at your own risk

Nuntio runs on Monad mainnet. Balances and payments are in AUSD (Agora USD), a real dollar stablecoin.

Nuntio’s contracts have not been independently audited. Use amounts you can afford to lose. A mistake in the contracts, in Nuntio, or in a service it relies on could lose some or all of the money in an account.

Send only AUSD on Monad mainnet to an account’s address. Any other token, or AUSD sent on another network, cannot be spent or withdrawn.

2Nuntio does not hold your money

A team’s AUSD sits in that team’s own account contract on Monad. Only the account’s owner can withdraw it, and a spender can pay only inside the rules the owner set or with the owner’s approval. Nuntio cannot withdraw it, and cannot reverse a payment.

Your wallet is an embedded wallet that Privy creates when you sign in. Whoever controls your sign-in controls that wallet, so keep it safe.

3Nuntio adds no money

A new team starts at $0. You fund it by sending AUSD from your own wallet to the team’s address. Nuntio gives no starting balance and no free allowance.

4Early software, provided as is

Nuntio is early software, first built for Monad Metropolis 2026. It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It may change, run slowly or stop without notice. If it stops, the money stays in its account contract on chain.

5Payments cannot be undone

A payment is a transaction on the chain. Once it settles it cannot be reversed. What you can buy today is AI compute sold by Nuntio itself: a payment for a run goes to Nuntio’s commerce gateway, which pays 0G for the work.

6Using Nuntio fairly

  • Use one account per person.
  • Do not automate sign-ups or payments, and do not try to overload or attack the service.
  • Do not use Nuntio to break the law or to harm anyone.

7Not a bank, and not advice

Nuntio is not a bank, and a Nuntio account is not a bank account. Nothing in it is financial, legal or tax advice. Nini drafts payments for you to check; it does not make decisions for you.

8Ownership

Nuntio, its code, name and logo belong to 71Labs. All rights reserved. Using the service does not give you any rights in them.

9Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, 71Labs is not liable for any loss arising from your use of Nuntio, including the loss of money held in or paid from an account.

10Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Questions go to the 71Labs team where you found this launch.
